The AI passenger assistant for airports & travel hubs

Train it on your own content, publish it in minutes, watch every conversation. Flies with airports today — adapts to any business.

Everything a service assistant needs

Knowledge base

Feed it documents, web pages or plain Q&A. Answers come only from what you approved — no invented facts.

Live capabilities

Live flight boards, embedded maps, or your own API — the assistant calls them when the question asks for it.

Multilingual & voice

Speaks German, English, Turkish and Arabic out of the box — by text or with a talking avatar.

3D wayfinding

Guides visitors through your building with an interactive 3D route, from check-in to gate.

Human handover

Callback forms, webhooks or a live operator queue — with the full transcript attached.

Analytics & cost control

Question volumes, answer quality, language mix and token spend — with daily caps per tenant.

Three steps to live

1

Train

Upload documents, fetch URLs or type Q&A pairs in the console. Set the tone and the rules.

2

Publish

Embed the widget with one script tag, print a QR page, or run it on a kiosk.

3

Observe & hand over

Watch conversations and costs live; step in personally whenever a passenger asks for a human.

Talk to it right now

The chat bubble on this page is the real product: a Flight Minds assistant trained on Flight Minds itself. Ask how it works, what it costs to run, or how the handover to humans happens.

Open the demo gallery

Voice, avatar and live flight data — experienced as a passenger would.

One assistant, every channel

Each tenant publishes through the channels it needs — independently switchable, each with its own keys and rules.

Website widget

One script tag on your site. The bubble appears only for allowed domains.

QR / hosted page

A standalone assistant page behind an opaque link — print it as a QR code anywhere.

Kiosk

Full-screen, voice-first mode with avatar for terminals and info points.

This is the entire integration:

Flying with airports. Built for everyone.

Built on best-in-class infrastructure

Three specialist services, one assistant. What each one does, and where it is certified, is stated plainly.

Cohere

Multilingual semantic matching

Whatever language your knowledge base is written in, the right passage is found when a passenger asks in their own.

Anthropic Claude

Reasoning and language

The answer is written only from the passages found. If your knowledge base has no match, it says so instead of inventing one.

ISO 27001ISO 42001SOC 2 Type II

Microsoft Azure

Speech and voice

Understands a passenger over terminal noise and reads the answer aloud in a natural voice. Nothing to read on a kiosk.

ISO 27001SOC 2 Type II

ISO 27001 covers information security management, ISO 42001 covers artificial intelligence management systems, and SOC 2 Type II is an independent audit standard.

The certifications listed belong to the named providers and are published in their own trust centres. The Flight Minds certification process is separate from these. Product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners; their mention does not imply any endorsement or partnership.

Frequently asked questions

How do I train the assistant on my own content?

In the tenant console you upload documents (PDF, Word, text), fetch web pages by URL, or type Q&A entries. Every source can be paused, re-processed or rolled back, and the assistant answers only from this approved knowledge.

Which languages does it speak?

German, English, Turkish and Arabic are first-class. The assistant detects the visitor's language automatically — even when your knowledge base is written in a single language.

How long does the setup take?

Publishing is one script tag on your website, a printable QR page, or a kiosk mode. A pilot tenant with your own content is typically live within a day.

How does pricing work?

Flight Minds is licensed per tenant with usage-based AI costs. You can bring your own LLM API key or use the platform key with a daily token cap. Contact us for a quote for your venue.

Can it hand a conversation over to a human?

Yes. Per channel you choose a callback form (visitor leaves contact details, your team gets the transcript by email, webhook and a live queue) or a host-platform handover that opens your own live support.

Does it invent answers? Where does my data live?

The assistant only answers from your approved knowledge base and says so when it doesn't know. API keys and content stay server-side in your tenant; nothing is shared across tenants.
